Education Press is a national education news network with a section for every state. We cover learning in every setting, from public, private, charter, and faith-based schools to homeschool families and colleges.
How we work
Much of our reporting starts with the people closest to schools. Volunteer contributors, including students, teachers, parents, and school leaders, send us stories from their communities. Our editors review every piece for accuracy, fairness, clarity, and student privacy before it publishes. We use AI tools to help with that review, and a human editor always makes the final decision. We are launching with a national front page and state sections for Florida, Texas and California. New state sections open as local contributors join. See all states.
How we are funded
Education Press is free to read. We are supported by clearly labeled School Press Releases, state newsletter and section sponsorships, and optional awards keepsakes. Paid content is always labeled and never influences our news coverage.
